If you cannot find certain items, here are a few things you can try.
1. FairSplit supports Chrome and Firefox. If you are on another browser, please switch.
2. The grid / spreadsheet has a filtering feature at the top. Check the filter for each grid column. If you see something yellow, that is an active search filter that may be hiding the assets you are not seeing. In this case, remove the filter.
3. Near the top of the page -- just below the menus -- there is a breadcrumbtrail. It could be showing, for instance, "Properties / House 1 / Master bedroom". In this case, FairSplit is only displaying the assets inside the master bedroom. You can click any of the 3 parts of the breadcrumbtrail to navigate. If you click on Properties, the grid will show all assets in the inventory.
4. Try reloading the page by pressing CTRL-R or F5. On mobile, dragging the page way down triggers a page reload.
Logging out and back in never helps with this issue, unless you have 2 accounts and actually are looking at the wrong inventory.
