If I add an asset does it appear in an existing round?

When a round is created or edited by the administrator, certain assets get associated with it. Assets subsequently deleted are removed from the round (and from everything else), but **any new assets do not automatically become part of the existing round**.

If it has yet to start, the round still can be edited, and the new assets can be added to it by editing the round and saving it.

But if the round is already active (for divisees to bid), the only way is to delete the round and start a new one.
