Is allocation percentage considered by the system when distributing assets at the end of a division round?

The allocation percentage is not in any way related to the snake ordering. And the system does not (currently) consider the allocation percentage when distributing assets.

In other words, the current allocation of each user is only reported to you (on the Division Overview page) so division administrator and divisees can manage their own strategies at each round, in order to try to minimize cash reconciliation at the end.
