Can I create a new distribution label?

Yes. Go to "Properties and assets" and click on "All assets of this division". The grid appears. On top of it, near the right corner, click the button "Distribution destinations" and add your label in the popover that appears. Then the new destination will be available as a possible value for *Distribute* in each asset.
