What if I do not receive the email message to activate my account?

If you are unable to log in because your account is not yet active, instead of that you can follow the procedure to reset your password -- it's basically the same thing.

Start by visiting the Password reset page.  After typing your email address, you will receive an email from us. Click on the link within the email and set your password.  After this you'll be able to log in and use the website.
